This is a resin kit for experienced modelers of the United Tractor GC-340/SM340 airfield tow tractor in the basic version for the USAF and the US ARMY in 1:32 scale. The model is cast in resin and serves to complement an airfield scene. The manufacturer is the Czech brand Aerobonus (Aires), which focuses on resin airfield equipment.
United Tractor tow tractors are among the widespread airfield ground equipment; they serve to tow aircraft, trailers and loads across the apron and in hangars. The basic version without an enclosed cab is typical of the US Air Force and the US Army, and in 1:32 scale it complements a diorama of a large aircraft well.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand the mold seams down (with respiratory protection). It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). After the primer, spray the shades of USAF or US ARMY airfield equipment; washes and pigments will add a working patina.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
