The real subject

The Nissan Skyline is a long-running Japanese car line that was built in both sedan and hardtop form. This kit covers the four-door sedan with the 2000GT-E/S equipment level and a two-liter class engine. Unlike the hardtop, the sedan has fixed frames around the side windows and looks the more sober of the two.

What the set contains

Building and painting tips

Separate the parts a little way from the edge and sand the remainder down so that the glued surfaces seat properly. The window frames on a sedan are highly visible, so check them against the light before gluing and clean off any flash. Wash the body, degrease it and even it out with a base color, and only then lay the paint on in thin coats. Fit the transparent parts last and glue them with a product that will not cloud them.
