A set of color-printed seat belts in 1:32 scale aimed at the cockpit of the British Hawker Typhoon and Tempest fighters. The belts imitate the fabric, the buckles and the metal fittings faithfully and replace the plain injection-molded parts, which raises the realism of the cockpit.

Contents and use

The parts are printed with a drawn-out fabric pattern matching British equipment of the Second World War period. They are applied at the stage of building and painting the cockpit, best before the fuselage is closed up and the seat is still easy to reach.

Application tips

• Let the belts soften and shape them over the seat for a natural sag.
• Fix them in their final position and keep the edges clean.
• Paint the seat beforehand and set the belts on a smooth, degreased base.
