A self-adhesive sheet with a printed desert camouflage pattern from the MAiM brand, designed according to the manufacturer for scales from 1:35 to 1:24. The texture makes it possible to transfer a camouflage pattern quickly and cleanly onto the elements of a diorama, tarpaulins, screens, figures' gear or small equipment, without lengthy masking and spraying. It is a sticker, not a decal transferred with water.
Cut out the shape you need, peel the backing off and press it onto a smooth, degreased surface. On broken-up shapes work in smaller parts and press the edges down well, so that they do not lift in time. The pattern can also be combined with conventional painting, because the texture serves as a base that you finish off with a brush.
Even the applied area out with a matte clear coat so that the difference between the sticker and the surrounding paint disappears. Light pigments then add conviction to a desert scene, because fine sandy dust settled in the folds and along the bottom edges will link a camouflaged element to the rest of the base.
