The set from the maker Armory contains cast resin wheels for the CH-47 Chinook helicopter in 1:35 scale. It is not a model but a detail accessory. The tires are shaped as weighted tires, that is, flattened at the bottom as though the mass of the machine were resting on the wheels. That gives the model a faithful, settled stance on a surface.
First wash the resin parts free of mold release agent residue. Cut the casting blocks off and level the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond the wheels with super glue (cyanoacrylate). While gluing, take care that the flattened part of the tire seats correctly on the surface and that the wheel does not stand crooked.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The kit itself and glue are not included in the package.
