This is a detail accessory, not the model itself. It is a photo-etched metal plate with the fine relief of the modern lentil (non-slip) pattern of the kind used on walkways, fenders and covers of present-day vehicles. It serves for scratch-building as well as for facing existing surfaces of models in 1:35 scale.
From the plate you cut out the shape you need and replace smooth plastic surfaces with a faithful texture that comes into its own under paint and weathering. The pattern suits modern armored and wheeled vehicles and dioramas where a realistic non-slip surface is needed.
Cut the plate with photo-etch shears, clean up the edges and bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Give the metal a primer before painting, then apply the base color; bring the texture out with a dry brush and a wash that runs between the relief.
This is an accessory. The model, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
