A photo-etched detail set from the Polish manufacturer Aber in 1:35 scale. It is not a tank kit but a set of thin metal fenders with which you replace the thicker plastic fenders of the German PzKpfw II Ausf.L Luchs light reconnaissance tank (Sd.Kfz.123).
The photo-etched fenders have a realistically thin profile and true stiffeners, and you can even suggest combat damage or bent edges on them. That markedly lifts the look of the running gear of the model. The set is intended for plastic models of the Luchs tank in 1:35 scale.
Separate the parts with a scalpel, make the bends on a bending tool and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. For an eye-catching diorama the fenders can be deformed slightly. Degrease the metal before painting and apply a primer.
This is an accessory for a plastic kit. The tank kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
