A set of ten jerrycans of the German pattern in 1:35 scale, in the open version and with the Sandrik marking.
Responsibility details are not available.
The German standard twenty-liter jerrycan is one of the few objects of the Second World War that are still in use today in almost unchanged form. The container was pressed from two halves, cross-shaped ribbing stiffened the sides and at the top it carried three handles side by side: with the middle one the can was carried by one man, with the outer ones by two, and in a chain full containers were passed from hand to hand. On a vehicle, on a trailer or simply set down by a wall, a jerrycan gives a scene scale and makes it lived in.
Ten jerrycans in 1:35 scale in the open version. They carry the Sandrik marking, by which this set differs from the otherwise similar sets of the same line; the sister sets have different markings and also offer a closed version or one with a pouring tube. The number of individual parts and any variants are stated in the manufacturer's instructions.
The open version suits anywhere work is meant to be visible in a scene: at a vehicle being refueled, at a field fuel point or among scattered gear. The particular method of preparing the parts is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
An accessory set is supplied. The vehicle model, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
