Aber 1:35 hand tools is a photo-etched detail set for sharpening the tools carried on German armored vehicles of the Second World War. It is not a model but a metal accessory for the build.
Responsibility details are not available.
This product is neither a kit nor a finished model: it is a set of fine photo-etched metal parts from the Polish manufacturer Aber intended to sharpen the vehicle tools. The etched sheet replaces the coarse plastic moldings fixed directly on the hull and gives the model a realistic depth and sharp edges that injected plastic cannot reach.
The set is intended for models of German armored vehicles of the Second World War in 1:35 scale, which usually carry the standard pioneer and maintenance tools. The photo-etched parts make it possible to create the thin blades and plates of the tools more faithfully than the solid plastic pieces from the box. The parts are cut from the fret, shaped by bending if needed, and so round out the look of the vehicle.
Glue the etched sheet with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); for stronger joints the parts can also be soldered. Degrease the metal before painting and apply a primer, otherwise the paint holds poorly. Make the bends over a metal ruler or in a photo-etch bending tool. The work calls for patience and accuracy.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
