Printed sheets with domestic wallpapers for dioramas in 1:35 scale. An accessory for the interiors of houses and apartments.
Responsibility details are not available.
As soon as you open up the inside of a house in a scene, the wall is the largest thing the viewer will see. Bare render of modeling compound looks empty and painting a wallpaper pattern with a brush is beyond even a patient person. A printed sheet settles that in one stroke: the pattern is printed at a density matching 1:35 scale, so the size of the flowers, the stripes and the panels goes with the size of the figure standing beside it. A home in a scene then looks like a lived-in space and not like a stage set.
In the rooms of shot-up houses, in apartments, corridors, stairwells and living rooms, in the back rooms of a command post and in the back of a shop. It also serves well as a surface beneath peeled-off render, where an older layer of wallpaper shows, or as a filler for a window view into the next room.
First trace the wall onto paper and cut the piece out to the template with a small margin. Glue onto a smooth, clean undercoat with a thin layer of glue intended for paper and draw the layer out to nothing, otherwise the sheet will buckle once dry. Join the pattern in the corner of the room, where the seam is least noticeable. Wallpaper can be aged with a fine wash, soot rubbed into the corners and a torn edge, so that it looks lifted away.
A diorama, figures, a model, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
