This product is a turned metal barrel from FineMolds in 1:35 scale, meant for a model of the Japanese Type 3 Chi-Nu medium tank in the version with the lengthened barrel. It is not a vehicle kit but an accurate accessory that replaces the plastic barrel and raises the realism of the model.
A turned metal barrel has a perfectly round section and a sharp muzzle. There is no gluing of halves and no seam to clean up, and on long plastic barrels those are especially noticeable. The part is glued into the place of the original plastic barrel, ideally with super glue.
The Type 3 Chi-Nu was a Japanese medium tank of the late Second World War. The version with the lengthened 75 mm gun barrel offered greater firepower and is among the interesting variants of this subject.
