LAV-III Stryker Windscreen 1:35 is an add-on set of clear windshields for the LAV-III/Stryker type of armored vehicle.

This is an aftermarket detail set, not a model of a whole vehicle. It holds clear parts for the front windows of the LAV-III, or Stryker, wheeled armored vehicle in 1:35 scale. The set is made by Trumpeter as an accessory for improving the visible glazing.
The precisely shaped clear parts replace or complement the windshields of the vehicle and raise their clarity and fidelity. According to the manufacturer, the package is usually accompanied by aids for masking the glazing when spraying. The result is a more realistic glazing of the driver's and the commander's station.
Glue the clear parts with glue intended for clear plastic or with a tiny drop of cyanoacrylate glue away from the visible area, so that they do not fog up. Mask the window frames and spray them in the color of the vehicle, and leave the glass itself clear. Handle the parts with gloves so that no fingerprints are left on the glass.
The set is supplied unpainted and is intended as an accessory. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
