The M-1134 ATGM is a modern American eight-wheeled armored vehicle of the Stryker family armed with anti-tank guided missiles. Slat armor is a cage structure of bars mounted around the vehicle whose task is to set off or disrupt shaped-charge projectiles early, before they reach the main armor. This feature became widespread on Stryker vehicles during service in urban combat.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and form the bends with a photo-etch bending tool. Use cyanoacrylate glue and work patiently, as assembling the cage structure takes time and calls for precision. Paint the cage separately and fit it at the very end of the build. Degrease the brass and apply primer before painting.
