Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Marder I tank destroyer in 1:35 scale from the Polish maker RPM. The real subject is an improvised self-propelled anti-tank gun of the Second World War period. The set is meant for more experienced modelers.
The Marder I (Sd.Kfz.135) came about by mounting an anti-tank gun of 75 mm caliber on the captured French Lorraine Schlepper chassis. The vehicle had an open superstructure with frontal armor and served the German army above all on the Western Front, among other places in Normandy in 1944.
Sets from this maker have a pronounced parting line, so reckon with cleaning the parts up carefully. First finish the chassis and the interior of the open hull, and only then close the superstructure. Use thin cement on the plastic, spray over a base coat, and you will create the weathering with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
