These are resin figures in 1:35 scale from LZ models. They capture British soldiers from the crew of the Morris C8 Quad artillery tractor in the genre pose called Observing, that is while watching their surroundings. The figures are cast in several parts with rendering of the uniform and are intended to bring a model of the British tractor or a diorama to life. The observing pose complements a scene at a post or on the move well.
The Morris C8 Quad (Field Artillery Tractor) was a British artillery tractor of the Second World War with all-wheel drive. It towed field and anti-tank guns and carried their crews and ammunition. It served with British and Allied units on a number of theaters of war.
Separate the parts from the casting blocks, wash them and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). After the base primer, build the flesh and fabric tones; British battledress stands out through subtle transitions and shadows in the folds. Finish the faces with glazes and a dry brush and aim the gazes so that the scene looks natural.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the machinery model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
