Responsibility details are not available.
A stand-alone resin figure in 1:35 scale to add to a finished vehicle model or to a diorama of a field base. It is not a kit of a piece of equipment but an addition. The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted, together with a decal sheet. The maker is the Polish brand Toro Model, long focused on figures and accessories in this scale.
The subject is a soldier of the Polish army in a camp setting from the Afghan deployment around 2011, when the Polish contingent served in Afghanistan as part of the international forces. The camp pose is conceived as everyday activity away from combat, that is, a figure in a relaxed stance. Figures like these are what make a scene believable, because most of a crew's time is spent between drives rather than on them.
First wash the casting in lukewarm soapy water because of the mold release residue. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a knife and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Join the parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Lay the primer on in a thin coat so that the fine engraved detail is preserved. Paint the uniform in two or three shades, bring out the recesses with a wash and pick out the raised areas with a dry brush. Add dust pigment to the boots and the lower part of the trousers so that the figure visually belongs to the dusty equipment in the scene.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
