The figures represent crew members of armored vehicles of the Taiwanese army, specifically of the CM-11 tank and the CM-33 wheeled armored vehicle. This is not a vehicle kit but an accessory that will bring a finished model or a diorama scene to life. The castings are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The figures are posed so that they can be seated in the open hatches of the turret and the hull, or else stood beside the vehicle. It is precisely the human figure that gives a model of an armored vehicle its scale and turns it into a scene instead of a static piece of plastic. The uniform and the gear match a modern crew of armored vehicles, that is coveralls, a tanker helmet with a headset and basic equipment. The set suits any model of corresponding equipment in the same scale.
First wash the resin castings in lukewarm water with dish soap, to remove the remains of the mold release agent, as otherwise the paint will not hold well. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a knife and never break them off. Do the sanding under water or with respiratory protection, as resin dust should not be inhaled. Glue the parts with cyanoacrylate glue, because ordinary cement for plastic does not work on resin. A primer coat is needed before painting. Build the flesh up from a darker base toward lighter layers, and the uniform the other way round, from a base tone with lighter edges and darker folds.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a vehicle model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
