This item is not a kit but a resin accessory from the Czech maker Eduard. It holds faithful castings of the British STEN Mk.II submachine gun in 1:35 scale, with which you will arm figures or complete the interior of a vehicle or a diorama. Resin captures the fine details of the weapon better than injected plastic.
The STEN Mk.II was a British submachine gun of 9 mm caliber, produced in great numbers during the Second World War. It became famous for a simple design that was cheap to produce and for its characteristic side-mounted magazine; it was widely used by Allied and resistance units alike.
Wash the small parts free of release agent and separate them from the casting blocks carefully. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The metal parts of the weapon look good once a dark base coat has been applied and the edges gently brought out with a dry brush in a steel shade.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. Glue, paints and figures are not included in the package.
