PANZER ART 1:35 stowage set for the Marmon-Herrington armored cars is a resin set of stowage and equipment with which you can bring a model of the South African reconnaissance armored car to life and make it look lived in.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin accessory set, not a vehicle model. It holds cast pieces of loaded equipment, tarpaulins, crates, rolled shelter halves and personal kit, which are arranged on the hull and the fenders of the armored car to give it a lived-in, combat look.
The Marmon-Herringtons were armored reconnaissance cars built in the Union of South Africa and widely deployed by Commonwealth units in North Africa during the Second World War. On long patrols in the desert the crews carried supplies, tools and personal belongings loaded on the outside of the vehicle, so period photographs show machines literally wrapped in stowage.
First wash the mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and sand them down with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The loaded materiel comes out well through the variety of color in the tarpaulins, wood and sheet metal and through final washes and pigments for dust and mud effects.
The set serves as an accessory for a plastic model. The model, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
