This aid from MAiM is a stamp set for creating footprints in the terrain of a diorama, suited to 1:35 scale. It holds the profiles of sports shoes and trekking boots with which you press realistic tracks into a soft base. It is a modeling aid, not a figure and not a kit.
The stamp is pressed into modeling compound that has not yet dried (putty, plaster, texture paste or clay on the base), which creates the print of a sole. The tracks can then be picked out with paint and pigments and so fill out the story of the scene, for instance the path of a character through mud or dust. Before use it helps to rub the stamp lightly with a release agent or soapy water so that the compound does not stick.
It will be appreciated by diorama builders and modelers who want to bring movement and a story into terrain with realistic tracks. The set is universal and can be used for civilian as well as military scenes of the matching scale.
