A collector's resin set of replacement heads in 1:35 scale from Alpine Miniatures with British soldiers of the Second World War period as its subject. The set serves to vary and liven up figures: the heads can be fitted to the torsos of other figures and bring variety to a scene. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The subjects are the heads of British soldiers in the gear of 1939 to 1945 (both helmets and the headgear typical of the British army). The finely worked faces make it possible to achieve a faithful and varied appearance for crews and infantry.
This is a multi-part resin casting for advanced modelers. First wash the parts in lukewarm water with dish soap to remove any mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks and lugs off carefully and clean the surfaces with a file or abrasive paper with your airways protected. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and fill any gaps. Apply a thin primer before painting; figures are usually painted with acrylics, oils or enamels, layering the shades step by step and working out the shadows and highlights on the face, the uniform and the equipment.
The resin figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
