It is not a kit or a decal lifted off in water — the tapes are cut out of the sheet and stretched into a scene. The sheet is intended for adult collectors building horror and post-apocalyptic dioramas.
A thin strip is the most demanding motif on the whole sheet to cut. Cut with a scalpel along a metal rule, in one stroke and with a fresh blade — change it after two or three strips, otherwise the edge starts to fray. Put a cutting mat under the paper beneath the rule, so that the blade does not wander. The tape can then be drawn lightly between your fingers or over the edge of a rule before installation, which gives it a slight ripple and stops it looking like a stuck-on scrap of paper.
For builders of genre dioramas and vignettes in 1:35 scale who need to close off a space, mark a zone or add a storyline to a scene. An accessory to finished models, structures and figures.
