The set holds two resin models of the American Browning .30 caliber (7.62 mm) aircraft machine gun in the fixed form, that is as a rigidly installed weapon firing in the direction of flight. It is a detail accessory, not an airplane kit; it replaces coarser plastic parts and raises the fidelity of a model in 1:48 scale.
The fixed-mount Browning .30 caliber was used on American aircraft as offensive armament aimed by the whole machine. The castings have a rendered cooling jacket, barrel and body detail of the weapon.
Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent, separate the casting blocks and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); sand with respiratory protection. We recommend primer, metal shades and fine wear.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
