A second variant of the equipment for the Fw 190A-8 in 1:48 scale. It covers the glazing on both sides, adds a pair of masks for the marking, four turned barrels and the tube of the sensor.
Responsibility details are not available.
The name Würger, meaning shrike, was given to the Focke-Wulf by its maker, because the bird of that name impales its prey on thorns. The A-8 version came at a time when the main task was no longer combat with fighters but shooting down four-engine bombers. From that stem the reinforced armament and armor, and from that too the usual form of the machine with large racks under the wing. A model of this aircraft therefore almost always stands and is seen from the front.
The glazing is covered on both sides, two parts for spraying the marking are packed with it, and turned barrels in four pieces together with the tube of the airspeed sensor.
This item shows why the contents cannot be guessed from the item number. It has exactly the same list of parts as its sister set, that is four turned barrels, the tube of the sensor, masking of both sides of the glazing and two masks for the marking. The two differ in their number, which tends to be tied to a different target kit, so what has to be checked is the list of contents of the particular pair of items and, above all, which molding the cut of the film is worked out for. The metal itself is the same in both items and will serve equally well.
