A photo-etched set from the Czech maker Hauler with fine brass parts for the plastic model of the Soviet GAZ-M415 light cargo pickup in 1:48 scale. It is not a model in its own right but an aftermarket accessory that adds or replaces small sheet-metal elements. The extent of it follows the instructions enclosed.
The GAZ-M415 was a Soviet light commercial vehicle derived from the GAZ-M1 passenger car, with an open bed. Vehicles of this type served in the Second World War for carrying people and light loads alike.
Separate the parts from the fret carefully and make the bends with a photo-etch bending tool. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with epoxy. Degrease the brass before painting and apply a primer.
The set does not hold the model itself. It calls for the matching plastic kit and assembly materials, which are not included in the package.
