A resin conversion set in 1:48 scale from SBS Model, usually supplemented with photo-etched parts. It is not a standalone model but a conversion accessory with which the plastic kit of the German Opel Blitz truck is converted into the Kfz.385 T-Stoff Tankwagen tanker version. The Kfz.385 T-Stoff Tankwagen was a German tanker truck of the Second World War period, built on the Opel Blitz chassis. It served to carry T-Stoff, the oxidizer component of the propellants used by some German rocket weapons. The tanker body gives the vehicle its characteristic look.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them over with respiratory protection. Bend the photo-etched parts along the scored lines and bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend matching the body to the color of the truck, and finishing the patina with washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
