A detailed resin, 3D-printed set of exhaust nozzles for models of the Su-35 in 1:48 scale, made in the so-called fly position with the petals closed. It is not an airplane kit but an accessory for the powerplant. The nozzles have finely rendered petals and walls, which the parts from the box usually lack. The maker is the Ukrainian brand Reskit.
The Su-35 is a modern Russian multirole fighter with two engines with thrust vectoring. On the real machine the position of the nozzle petals varies with the engine setting; the fly position form matches an aircraft in flight or with its engines at full power.
Wash the parts free of resin residue, separate them carefully from their supports and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The nozzles come out well when painted in metal shades with heat discoloration and dark shading in the recesses.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unpainted and unassembled; paints and glue are not included in the package.
