Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit from the Polish manufacturer IBG Models depicts the escort destroyer ORP Kujawiak as she was in 1942. The model is done as a waterline down to the waterline, with a one-piece hull, a separate deck and fine detail of the armament and the railings. The package holds a photo-etched part and decals. Paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
ORP Kujawiak was an escort destroyer of the Hunt II type in the service of the Polish Navy alongside the Royal Navy. In June 1942 she sank after striking a mine near Malta while escorting a convoy. The ships of the Hunt class served mainly on convoy escort and in anti-aircraft and anti-submarine defense.
Separate the small parts carefully and glue them with a thin cement for plastic, and the photo-etched items with super glue. A primer and an airbrush pay off; you will accent the period naval scheme with a wash into the recesses and dry brushing on the edges.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
