Trumpeter 1:700 Z-8 is a set of miniature plastic helicopters (6 pieces per box) for populating ship decks and dioramas in 1:700 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set brings six miniature plastic models of the Z-8 transport helicopter in 1:700 scale from Trumpeter. It is an accessory for large ship models and dioramas, not a standalone kit of a single machine. The small parts are injection-molded in plastic and, once glued and painted, they complete the air complement of a deck or a scene.
The Z-8 is a Chinese multipurpose transport helicopter of medium size, derived in its design from the French Super Frelon helicopter. It carries troops and cargo, among other things in the naval and search-and-rescue roles. In 1:700 scale these are very small models.
The parts are very small, so work with tweezers and a sharp blade. Glue them with liquid cement for plastic or a tiny drop of cyanoacrylate glue. Lay down a primer before painting and apply the color in thin coats, ideally with an airbrush; add the rotor blades last.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
