A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from DK Decals. The sheet offers markings for the four-engine Consolidated B-24 Liberator bomber in the service of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). It serves as an alternative to the decals from the box and widens the choice of schemes; the model of the aircraft itself has to be obtained separately.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was an American four-engine heavy bomber of the Second World War with a characteristic high-set wing. Besides the US Army Air Forces it was used by the Allies too, the Australian RAAF among them, especially in the Pacific and in Southeast Asia.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss clear coat, which prevents the silvering effect. Once dry it is best to go over the surface with a matte or semi-gloss clear coat. A decal softener is recommended for perfect adhesion to the detail.
This is a set of decals, not a model of an aircraft or a vehicle. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
