This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from AZ model represents the TH-1G training version of the Bell Cobra helicopter. It is a short-run model with engraved detail and cabin glazing, supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit.
The TH-1G was the training version of the AH-1 Cobra attack helicopter. It drew on the same slender structure with a tandem two-seat cabin, but was adapted for crew training with dual controls. It served to prepare pilots for flying the attack machine. The basis was the proven power system of the UH-1 type.
With a short-run kit, reckon on cleaning the parts up and on dry-fitting. Glue the joints with liquid cement for plastic, and the glazing only after the paints have been sprayed. Apply a primer; the slender fuselage is rewarding for an airbrush and for bringing out the panel lines with a wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
