A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks of kabuki tape for plastic models of the late version of the Douglas A-4M and A-4KU Skyhawk attack aircraft in 1:72 scale. The EXPERT form is the most complete variant: besides masks for the outer cockpit glazing it also contains masks for the inner side of the cockpit, masks for other clear parts, for the wheels and details for the camouflage. It is not a kit but an aid for spraying the canopy frames and other areas cleanly.
The A-4M Skyhawk II was the most capable version of the Skyhawk for the US Marine Corps, with a more powerful engine and a reworked cockpit; the A-4KU served abroad. The different shape of the cockpit of these versions calls for cut masks of its own.
Degrease the glazing, move the masks with tweezers and press them down along the frames. Lay on the interior color first, then the color of the airframe. Lift the masks off while the finish is still flexible. Wheels with separate hubs are easy to divide into tire and rim.
This is a masking set, not a model. Paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
