A plastic kit of the fuel tanker of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF) in 1:72 scale from Aoshima. The vehicle is based on the chassis of an off-road truck and is molded in dark green plastic. The model captures the characteristic tank body intended to carry and dispense fuel with military units.
The fuel tanker serves to supply equipment with fuel in the field. It is based on the proven chassis of a military truck, from which a family of special-purpose versions has been derived. The tanker variant is an indispensable part of the rear-area support of units.
Assemble and paint the chassis and the drivetrain before finishing the tank body. For a realistic look, washes and pigments for dust and mud effects suit it, together with fine traces of service around the dispensing equipment.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
