An injection-molded plastic kit of a surface-to-air missile system in 1:72 scale from PST. The model captures the self-propelled modernization of the Neva system with the quadruple launcher moved onto a tracked chassis. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted, and a set of missiles and decals is included.
The S-125 Neva system (NATO reporting name SA-3 Goa) is a surface-to-air missile system of Soviet design intended to destroy air targets at short and medium range. The Neva-SC version is a later self-propelled and digitized modernization in which the launcher was placed on a tracked chassis for greater mobility. The system formed the backbone of the air defense of a number of armies.
Glue the parts with a thin plastic cement and finish the running gear before closing the assemblies up. Apply a primer, then the camouflage with an airbrush. Wear effects (washes and pigments) bring out the rivets and the recesses and give the equipment a realistic dust and mud patina.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
