This set from Eduard contains early type resin landing gear wheels for an F-16C model, that is the main wheels and the nose wheel. The wheels have crisply rendered tread and hub detail that surpasses ordinary plastic parts. A painting mask is included for an easy, clean separation of the tire from the hub. It is a detail accessory, not a standalone model.
The Lockheed Martin F-16C is a widely used single-engine multirole fighter. The design of the landing gear wheels changed during its service, and the early type differs from the later one in the shape of the hubs and the tires.
Wash the mold release agent off the wheels and separate them from the casting residue. Paint the hubs, fit the enclosed mask and spray the tire with a dark gray, which gives a clean transition without laborious brush work. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your airways when sanding.
