Building and painting tips

Wash the resin parts in lukewarm water with detergent, so that the mold release agent is removed. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw or a cutting disc and level the surface with a file; on long cylindrical bodies keep checking that they stay straight. Sanding is done wet and with respiratory protection. It is glued with cyanoacrylate, and on heavier stores it pays to strengthen the joint with a pin of wire. Stores look more convincing if you take some of the saturation out of them with a fine filter once painted and suggest wear where they are handled.
