A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale intended for plastic models of the Soviet T-34 medium tank in the production standard of 1941, that is with a 76 mm gun. It follows on from the first part of a series focused on machines committed in the fighting on the territory of Ukraine. This is a modeling accessory: you get a sheet of decals, not a kit.
The mod. 1941 standard is a development step in which the short barrel was replaced by the 76.2 mm F-34 gun. The basis stayed the same: a welded hull with markedly sloped armor plates, a two-man turret and the V-2 diesel engine. The vehicles did, however, differ in detail according to the factory and even the month of production, so on a T-34 model it makes sense to choose markings for a particular machine rather than in general.
The base must be smooth and glossy, otherwise a silvery haze will appear under the carrier film. Trim the motif as close to the printing as possible, immerse it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and let it rest on a paper towel until the backing releases. Transfer the decal into place with a damp brush, blot the surplus water with the corner of a towel and use a decal softener on a busy surface. Once it is perfectly dry, overspray with matte varnish, which suppresses the edges of the film, and only then apply dust and mud effects.
This is a modeling accessory. The model, paints, varnish and decal softener are not included in the package.
