Photo etched - Marston Mats 1:35 are photo-etched brass panels with the relief of pierced steel planking (PSP) for quickly building temporary surfaces, roads and airfield strips into dioramas.

A set of photo-etched brass sheets with a finely worked relief of the pierced steel planking that was used during the war as a quickly laid surface under aircraft and vehicles, and that is known as Marston Mat, PSP or pierced steel planking. This is not a model but a decorative accessory for dioramas and display bases in 1:35 scale. The package contains two panels measuring roughly 60 x 120 mm and about 0.2 mm thick.
For makers of dioramas and display-case scenes from the Second World War and later conflicts who want to render the characteristic metal matting quickly and faithfully.
An accessory for decorating a scene; paints, glue and a display base are not included in the package.
