There are, according to the name, six pieces in the package, so you have enough of them for a continuous line, not just for one isolated piece. This is not a kit but equipment for a scene, which is added to a finished model or terrain.
A concrete surface is never uniformly gray. After the primer apply a lighter base, break the areas up with a few irregular patches and let a dark shade run into the joints. Dust the lower edges according to the terrain and add scuffing in the places where vehicles would scrape against the barrier. Do not set the pieces in a perfect row, as slight turning and spacing come across more naturally than a ruled line.
