This set is made for a model of the T-14 Armata from the makers Ark and Trumpeter, not for the variant from Zvezda. The difference is not cosmetic: the spacing and shapes of the recesses differ between the two kits, so a mix-up would show immediately while seating them. The clear pattern gives the vision blocks a neutral transparent surface with no color tone.
For the same vehicle from the same kit the manufacturer also makes a variant with a blue and a clear shade. The clear set is the more restrained choice for modelers who want the optics to read as glass without overpowering the rest of the model.
A dry fit saves your nerves
Before you fix anything for good, try every item once dry. Put it into its seat, look at it from above and from the side and check that it sits flush and overhangs nowhere. If it sticks, look for the cause in the seat rather than in the item: it is usually a burr, a remnant of paint or an uncut sprue gate. Then seat the tried and leveled items in order from the least accessible place to the most accessible one.
