This item is not a model of the aircraft but a set of replacement wheels in 1:72 scale from the Armory company for kits of the heavy B-24 Liberator bomber. According to the name it contains main wheels with the tread pattern the manufacturer lists as type c (GS), two nose wheel variants, a 3D-printed mudguard and photo-etched hubcaps.
A small plastic wheel in 1:72 usually has only a suggested tread pattern, and a parting line runs across the tread that cannot be removed without damaging the engraving. A printed resin part is one piece and the pattern on it survives even after spraying. The main reason to replace them, though, is the weighted tire effect: the lower part of the tire is printed flattened the way the rubber sits under the weight of a loaded aircraft. The photo-etched hubcaps then close the center of the wheel with a thin metal part.
The Consolidated B-24 Liberator was a four-engine heavy bomber with nose landing gear and retractable main gear. Tires for it were made by several suppliers and the tread patterns differed, so the type of wheel is among the details by which individual machines are told apart. Armory therefore releases the individual patterns separately and marks them with a letter and an abbreviation.
First wash the parts in warm soapy water to remove any uncured resin residue. Cut the print supports off with a saw or a knife and level the mating surface with a file and fine abrasive paper; sand wet or with respiratory protection, as resin dust is very fine. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer and only then the paint. Turn the flattened area straight toward the base when gluing, otherwise the model will stand crooked.
The set is an accessory, not a kit of the aircraft. It is supplied unpainted; glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
