Black Dog 1:10 Sioux Dakota is a resin bust of a member of the Dakota tribe, meant to be glued together, painted and displayed.
Responsibility details are not available.
A collector's bust in the 1:10 size captures a member of the Dakota tribe of the Sioux. It is a cast resin set by the manufacturer Black Dog, supplied as an unassembled and unpainted kit for advanced modelers and painters of figures. The package is made up of several finely cast parts.
The Dakota make up the eastern branch of the Sioux nations of the North American plains. The bust stresses the expression of the face, the hairstyle and traditional ornaments, so that it is a fitting subject for the painting of skin, hair and ethnic details.
Wash the mold release residue off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. The bust is painted with acrylic paints for figures or with oils; for realistic skin and feathers, layering and glazes suit well.
The bust is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
