Responsibility details are not available.
A plastic kit of the Soviet T-28 medium tank in the small 1:100 scale. Thanks to its snap-together joints it is among the quickly assembled models and even a beginner will manage it; glue is not necessary, although it improves the quality of the joints. The model is easy to paint and to bring into tabletop battles or a small display cabinet.
The T-28 was a Soviet three-turret medium tank developed in the 1930s. Its most striking feature was its three rotating turrets: the main one with a 76 mm gun and two smaller machine gun turrets. It saw service in the Winter War with Finland and in the first months of the fighting on the Eastern Front, where more modern types already stood against it. The mod.1936 and mod.1940 versions differed above all in the execution of the armament and the armor.
At this scale, color transitions and subtle weathering tell more than small details. A base coat, lightening of the upper surfaces and a light wash into the recesses are recommended to bring out the rivets and the hatches. Leave the running gear and the turrets separate for spraying and glue them on only once painted.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
