This is a resin detail accessory, not a stand-alone kit of an airplane. The package contains CF34-10E engine nacelles for a model of the Embraer E190 regional jet in 1:144 scale and replaces the simpler plastic parts from the base kit with more faithful castings.
The Embraer E-Jet family in the E190 version is powered by two General Electric CF34-10E turbofan engines hung under the wings. A more accurate shape of the nacelles and the fan blades helps a model keep the characteristic look of the real subject.
Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent, cut off the casting blocks and join them with cyanoacrylate glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Apply a primer before painting; the intake and the fan blades are usually finished in metal shades with light emphasis.
