A mixed-media accessory from the Japanese brand Top Studio, meant for the large Formula 1 model of the Williams FW14B in 1:12 scale. The set focuses on the radiator area and the electronic control unit (ECU) and replaces the simplified kit parts with more convincing components. It is not a model in its own right — it is a set for improving a model you already own.
It combines turned and cast parts, photo-etched metal plates and decals for a convincing rendition of the radiators, their mountings, the hose connections and the control electronics. The result is markedly richer detail in the engine bay.
The set is meant for experienced modelers. Clean the parts up where the gates were, wash the mold release residue off the resin and glue them with super glue. We recommend painting with an airbrush and giving each material a suitable primer.
