This is a resin detail accessory from Quickboost, not an aircraft model. The set replaces the plastic barrels of the internal cannon with more faithfully cast resin parts with sharper shapes and, where applicable, suggested muzzles. Intended for models of the Soviet Sukhoi Su-25 Frogfoot ground attack aircraft in 1:48 scale.
The Sukhoi Su-25, NATO reporting name Frogfoot, is a single-seat ground attack aircraft for close support of ground forces. It is marked by heavy armor around the cockpit and a wide range of underwing stores. The built-in twin-barrel cannon is part of its basic equipment, so faithful barrels bring a model to life.
Separate the thin parts carefully from the casting blocks, as they can break. Wash and degrease the resin before gluing. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The barrels come out in a dark metallic shade with a fine accent around the muzzle.
This is an accessory meant for further work. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
