An accessory with extended flaps for the Boeing KC-135A and EC-135C in 1:144. It lets you build the tanker or the command aircraft in the landing configuration.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of replacement parts from LACI for the wing of the Boeing KC-135A and EC-135C at a reduction of 1:144. It brings the landing flaps in the extended position the aircraft uses on the approach. The base model is not included; you are buying only the conversion set.
The Stratotanker was created in the middle of the 1950s from a prototype shared with the Boeing 707 airliner and became the backbone of American air-to-air refueling. The original form marked A had engines with water injection, which left a dense trail of smoke on takeoff. The EC-135C version served as a reserve command post kept in the air continuously for decades, so that control would stay functional even after the ground centers were hit.
Cut the trailing edge away along the marked engraved line and level the surface with a sanding block. Try the parts dry first and sand the mating edges, so that the seam is tight. Glue with a drop of cyanoacrylate and even the gap out with putty. Watch the symmetry of both halves of the wing and make sure the extension matches the position of the slats, if you are doing those on the model too. Once it has cured, sand and spray.
The package holds no kit, decals or paints.
