This is a resin detail accessory, not a model in its own right. The set contains cast engine nacelles with D-30KU turbofan engines for the Soviet Ilyushin Il-62M long-range airliner in 1:144 scale. The maker is LACI.
The Il-62M carried four D-30KU engines paired on either side of the rear fuselage. The resin nacelles capture their shape and detail more faithfully than plastic and sharpen up the characteristic rear end of the aircraft.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks away and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. The metallic shades of the engines come into their own once the details have been picked out by dry-brushing.
This is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
