A clear vacuum-formed cockpit canopy for models of the Aero L-39 Albatros in 1:144 scale from the Brengun brand. It is not an airplane model but a separate clear accessory replacing the thicker canopy from the kit.
The L-39 has a tandem cockpit with two hinged canopy sections. Vacuum-formed parts are thinner and clearer than injected ones and in the small 1:144 scale they better capture the divided glazing over both the instructor and the student, or make an open position possible.
Cut it out with a margin, sand the edges level and glue it with clear canopy cement or a minimum of super glue. Mask the frames and spray them with an airbrush.
This is an accessory, not a model of its own. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
