3D Puzzle Star Wars Imperial TIE Advanced X1 from Revell: a three-dimensional puzzle of the Imperial fighter whose shaped parts snap together.
Responsibility details are not available.
A three-dimensional puzzle of the Imperial fighter from the world of Star Wars by the brand Revell. It is not a classic plastic kit: the parts already have their finished shape and surface and join by snapping together, so the model comes about quickly and without tools. The finished fighter suits a shelf alongside other collector pieces from Star Wars.
The TIE Advanced x1 is, in the film world of Star Wars, an advanced prototype of an Imperial fighter. It differs from the ordinary machines of the TIE series in its curved side panels and a conspicuously reinforced hull section with an extended rear. In the 1977 film it is flown by Darth Vader and the machine appears in the final battle over the Death Star, which made it one of the best known designs of the whole series.
Assemble it on a flat surface and start with the hull and the cockpit, and only then fit the side panels: they are large and easily caught against. Push the parts in square and press them home until they engage; while fitting the panels, hold the model by the hull so that the joint is not strained in torsion. Always carry the finished fighter by the central section, never by the panels.
The puzzle is supplied unassembled. The parts fit together by snapping, so you need no tools or other modeling supplies for the build.
